Exhibition “Main line” in gallery Cultproject

My painting “Spring has come” was with other participants’ paintings at the exhibition “Main line” in gallery Cultproject. The theme of the exhibition was Trans-Siberian raildroad.

For my taste, the exhibition was very good. It was obvious that the paintings were taken not by occasion, the curators did a great work choosing them. I was surprised when I saw that there are not only contemporary paintings, but also the works of older masters: it is interesting to look at the historical vista. It is pleasant that the works were in different styles, this originality was compensating the small exhibition space. And there was a great movie about the building of the line. Don’t know about others, but by looking on it I felt the image of the different times and the hard work in harsh place (the guys with the white with snow mustaches sweeping the wooden sleepers with the beards like the Lev Nikolaevich Tolstoi had). Thanks to the curators Tamara Vekhova and Arsenii Shteiner for the perfect work, and to the company “Geoproektiziskania” for assisting in the organization!

P.s. Sorry, I do not have all painter’s names
